Symptoms
On : 19.3 version, Pricing - Set Up
When attempting to filter by department on the Initial Price Zone Definitions screen,
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to RPM > Foundation Data > Initial Price Zone Definitions
2. Try to filter by DEPT
