ORASE / RSP: Exports Are Not Created After Upgrade to 21.0.001. Log Shows "DAILY as it is not allowed to run now" (Doc ID 2849608.1)

Symptoms

After the upgrade to 21.0.001 the ORASE exports DAILY and WEEKLY are not created. The DAILY log displays the following:

EXT_PROG_SYS_OUT:/u01/retail/orase/retail_home/rse-home/common/scripts/bin/orase_wrapper.ksh: Skipping execution of /u01/retail/orase/retail_home/rse-home/common/scripts/bin/rse_batch_export_ftp.ksh DAILY as it is not allowed to run now
