Goal

1. Setup a checklist with Category Offboarding and Action Termination
2. Once user submits Termination, it first terminates the employee record and then the offboarding checklist tasks are triggered.

Is it possible to have the employee offboarding tasks to be completed first and then the termination of the employee takes place after all the offboarding tasks are completed?
