Forgot Password Email Not Received Due To Corrupted Templates (Doc ID 2849838.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Hosting Services - Environment Issues

The Forgot Email is not working.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

  1. Go to Admin page 
  2. Press the Forgot Password? - it will redirect yo to https://<tenant_ID>-admin.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/occs-admin/#/sendResetPassword
  3. Reset Password - complete the field with your email
  4. Now the reset pass email should be sent to your email address

OR

  1. POST ccadmin/v1/adminProfiles/requestPasswordReset


 

The Reset Password Email is not received.
