Symptoms
On : NA version, Hosting Services - Environment Issues
The Forgot Email is not working.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
- Go to Admin page
- Press the Forgot Password? - it will redirect yo to https://<tenant_ID>-admin.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/occs-admin/#/sendResetPassword
- Reset Password - complete the field with your email
- Now the reset pass email should be sent to your email address
OR
- POST ccadmin/v1/adminProfiles/requestPasswordReset
The Reset Password Email is not received.
