Oracle Hosted OCI Cloud Environment Is Down, Displaying "503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request." (Doc ID 2850128.1)

Symptoms

The Oracle OCI Cloud hosted Unifier environments cannot be accessed. After entering the URL in the browser the login page is displayed, the user enters their credentials and then the error below is displayed.

"503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open supported browser > Enter Oracle OCI Cloud hosted URL:  https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/<companyID>
  2. At the login prompt enter appropriate credentials
  3. The error noted above is displayed in the browser.
