Symptoms
When attempting to run a P6 REST API request, the following error occurs.

You are not logged in. Log in and provide a valid session cookie to continue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run any P6 REST API request. For example: https://<HOST>/p6ws/restapi/projectCodeAssignment?Fields=ProjectId,ProjectObjectId
