ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When initiating a Supplemental Data (Form) Load via an SDM Task, some of the forms may not post correctly and the task may remain in an 'Open with preparer' status.

No errors are seen in the UI or Logs.

Changes

 Users may be using a non-English lauguage
