Service Parameter Details Not Displayed When Created With DBA.ADMIN User Role (Doc ID 2850419.1)

Symptoms

GTM Service Parameter created in domain X by switching to DBA.ADMIN User Role, creates the child table records in DBA domain.

You expect all child table records to be created in the same domain as that of the parent records domain X.

Example:
-------------
01. Login as <Domain_X>.<User_Name> (PUBLIC.ADMIN) User Role.
02. Switch the User Role to (DBA.ADMIN)
03. Create a new Service Parameter with Product Classification
Type populated in the Service Parameter Details tab.
04. Switch the User Role back to PUBLIC.ADMIN
05. Query for the created Service Parameter and check the Service Parameter
Details tab, you will no find the entered Product Classification Type.
