Supplier Service API Is Not Updating The VAT_REGION In Sups Table. (Doc ID 2850666.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the supplier VAT_REGION updated through updateSupplierDesc, it is not reflecting in the SUPS table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the supplier VAT_REGION updated through updateSupplierDesc, it should reflect in the SUPS table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create supplier without VAT_REGION using cretateSupplierDesc.
2. Noticed supplier created with the status 'I' and VAT_REGION not present in the SUPS table.
3. Update the VAT_REGION using updateSupplierDesc.
4. Noticed the supplier status changed to 'A', but VAT_REGION not updated in the SUPS table.
