ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Supplier Registration Request is rejected from Email notification, the Rejection Comments entered are not displayed in the Supplier registration rejected notification sent to supplier user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rejection comments should be displayed in the Supplier registration rejected notification sent to supplier user.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the supplier registration request
2. Approver received the email notification for Supplier registration request
3. Approver entered the rejection comments and rejected the supplier registration request.
4. Supplier user received the notification on the Supplier registration request rejected.
5. But the notification does not display the comments entered by the approver
