Symptoms

Few orders are failing while we upload Purchase Orders using CREATE_PURCHASE_ORDERS entity in DC Tool. But all the failed records are getting processed successfully when we re uploaded them.

There are some valid errors for which the DC PO has been failed.

Error: @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_ITEM_SUPP_MANU_COUNTRY) violated@2CORESVC_PO.CREATE_ITEM_SUPP_MANU_COUNTRY
