PRC:SSP: Charge Account Description Does Not Display on Requisition Email Notification

Symptoms
Currently the Charge Account displays on Requisition Approval email notifications, but would like the Charge Account Description to also display.
Cannot figure out how to add the Charge Account Description to the Requisition Approval notification in the Sandbox using Page Composer.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Requisition that requires approval
2. Approval notification is sent to Approver
3. Charge Account displays, but the Description does not display on Approval notification
- Tried going into a Sandbox to customize the Requisition Approval Notification using Page Composer, but there are no edit options.
