RDS Connection Drop at Cell Side with Vendor err 0x88 IB_WC_REM_ACCESS_ERR (Doc ID 2851357.1)

Symptoms

The cell node dropped the RDS connection due to rdma "Remote Access Error" (status:10).

On the DB side, it just reported a disconnect request from the cell node.

RDS connection breaks with errors REM_ACCESS_ERR
RDS reconnect taking between 5-7 seconds
