Extract Run Completes Successful at "Archive and Generate XML" and has No Output with "ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis" Error in Log File (Doc ID 2851490.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Extract run is completing successfully. But, there is no output generated for the extract. Extract has only below instances in the run:
  a) Extract Run
  b) ElevatedFlowEssJobDefn
  c) Archive and Generate XML

The log file for "Archive and Generate XML" has below error:

STEPS

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups -> Quick Actions -> Show More -> Submit Extracts
  2. Select the extract from "Extracts" list.
  3. Provide the parameter values
  4. Run the extract.
  5. Extract completes successful.
  6. There is no output generated.
  7. Extract run has only below instances:
    a) Extract Run
    b) ElevatedFlowEssJobDefn
    c) Archive and Generate XML
  8. The log file for "Archive and Generate XML" has error message.
