Goal

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

Refreshing SmartView hangs after 22A upgrade

 The user opens the SmartView workbook and presses refresh and Excel hangs for several minutes and the user has to force Excel to close.

However, A user can create a new worksheet and have it refresh successfully
