HTML Renditions Not Available For Items Via Postman

Symptoms
We are attempting to access HTML renditions of published content via Postman however the API is returning a response which does not contain the HTML.
For example, we are trying to pull HTML by content ID but are getting a 404 error and the response shows "items": [],.
We are using GET https://<service instance>-<identity domain>.ocecdn.oraclecloud.com/content/published/api/v1.1/items/<ContentID>/renditions?channelToken=<channeltokenid>&type=html&format=desktop.
According to https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/content-cloud/rest-api-content-delivery/op-published-api-v1.1-assets-id-renditions-rendition-get.html, this is all that should be necessary.
We have also defined the layout per https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/content-cloud/managing-assets/create-content-type.html.
