Symptoms
All customers who have integration with GenericSoapService (GenericSoapPort) using COLLECTION_GET_CONTENT_FILE service will fail with 22A (11.13.22.01.0) release upgrade with the following error -

Prior to Fusion Application(FA) release 22A, the UCM (WebCenter Content) repository version 11g (11.1.1.9.0) was using the Folders_g component that is deprecated with release 22A due to the limitation of 1000 documents per folder (and 1000 folders within a folder).
The 22A release of Fusion Application(FA) has UCM version 12.2.1.5.0 that is installed with FrameworkFolders component is a forerunner to the Folders_g component. This new component has many improvements over the older ones, one of them being unlimited documents/folders storage within a particular folder.
