Symptoms
External integrations that call WebCenter Content Server Web Services fail.
This can be reproduced as well by calling the GenericSoapService in SOAP UI to checkin a file to both Fusion Applications 21D and Fusion Applications 22A Content Server.
Expected Results:
The response should remain the same as FA 21D or earlier release where it was with ns2 namespace.
Actual Results:
FA 22A generates a response payload with ns0 namespace.
Changes
Namespace prefix change from ns2 to ns0 while using Fusion Applications 22A.
