Purchase Order created from Requisition shows a different Ordered and Total Amounts than Requisition Amount:

Requisition header shows
Requisition Amount = 5,785.32

Purchase Order header shows
ordered 5,785.42
total 5,785.42
tax 0.00

Thee is a 0.10 discrepancy.

Requisition and Purchase order to show the same amount

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition, approve, process requisition
2. Review Purchase Order Header
3. Purchase Order Header Ordered and Total Amounts are different than Requisition Amount
