Symptoms

Scalar-Interval Measurement Overlay Zone not displaying any results

The zone for scalar-initial measurement overlay on 360 degree view portal for Measurement component is not displaying results on clicking the load button even though there are IMD reads available.  It is not initially loading when the zone loads either.  Note Final Values Overlay seems to have the same issue.

This is found in 21C and is not a problem in 21A or 21B.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Select Menu - Device - Measuring Component - Search
2) Change search criteria and click Search to get Results
3) Click on the context menu of a resulting MC and select "Go to 360 View"
4) Wait for the 360 Portal to load...when the dashboard finishes refreshing it is complete.
5) Scroll Down and notice the zone "Scalar - Initial Measurement Overlay" is not populated at all. This is part of the issue.
6) Expand the parameters section on the same zone and enter a date range when you know there is data, choose any event bar profile and click "Load"
7) Nothing happens. This is the other part of the issue
