Symptoms
Shipment reconciliation using Stock Order Reconciliation Upload does not reconcile all items in a shipment-distro, whereas the same is working fine when reconciled using Stock Order Reconciliation Screen.
Please note-
1. The issue is only observed for FC and FR scenarios.
2. Issue is observed only with upload tool. Stock order reconciliation using RMS Screen works fine.
3. Issue only happens for multiple items for the same shipment-transfer combination.
What is Working

The RL and SL reconciliations are working as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Upload stock order reconciliation using upload utility for shipment having multiple items for same shipment-distro combination.
2. Notice that not all items in the shipment are reconciled.
