Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Workforce Directory Management

Manager Change transaction approval is in error.

ERROR
-----------------------

  1. ORABPEL-30103: Ruleset didnt return any results.
  2. Transaction Detail Rule -> No valid rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups -> Change Manager.
  2. Select an employee and submit manager change transaction.
  3. Navigator -> Tools -> Transaction Console
  4. Transaction is in error.
