Goal

1. How can we handle the export process in RMS(Retail Merchandizing  system)(where import Order is written to one country and transfer is created to another country)?

As we understand HTS (Harmonized tariff schedule ) can be associated only to Purchase orders. Is there a way to accommodate the duty rate and other cost components in transfer?
