FAW: After upgrade customizations lost in Semantic Model Extension (Doc ID 2852321.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading FAW environment, Dashboards and Reports go in error state and all customization work done through Semantic Model Extension gets lost(can't see Custom Facts, Dimensions and Subject Area in OAC). 

Error:

Patch generation failed : Invalid presentation column "xxxxxx.xxxxx" in the payload
