Goal
Customer configured the volunteering and there are only few organisations and projects created. Also, only a few employees have signed up for volunteering.
Customer ran 'Generate Notifications for Work Life Cloud Service Applications' process to mark one project to completion. But this process started sending preference email to all employees even though they are not signed up yet.
The email subject is 'FYI: A new volunteering project XXXXXXX is available near you'.
