Symptoms

Importing orders using FBDI fails with:

Order management did not import source order XXXX because of the following error: The pricing strategy was not determined for the current transaction.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the FBDI template with the necessary values.
2. Upload the FBDI template and submit.
3. The process completes with error.
