Create Taxable Journal Spreadsheet is not working for offset tax code


The Create Taxable Journal Spreadsheet is not working when using a tax code has an offset tax code associated to it.
It is expected that there is a create on the tax recoverable account of the AP tax code and a credit on the tax recoverable account of the offset tax code when the journal is created, but this is not the case, thus causing a discrepancy in GL.
