Comment added NIR definition approval window does not appear in Manage New Item Requests page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The comments added should be visible in the NIR
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. NIR created and submitted for approval
2. Notification received to complete definition task
3. Comment added in notification window and clicked on Mark Complete
4. Notification does not appear in comment section of the NIR
