Fusion Compensation: WFC: Manager Unable to Access Compensation Plan (Doc ID 2852963.1)

Find that one manager is not able to view Compensation Plan for his direct reports.

Navigation = My Team > Workforce Compensation:
If you proxy as the CEO and search for the employee in Compensation Plan, you are able to see the employee and his directs.
However, somehow the Compensation Plan is not visible to the manager in question?

navigation = My Client Groups > Compensation > Proxy As Manager:
You can also proxy as the manager in question and access his Compensation Plan that way.

Why can’t this manager access the Compensation Plan via My Team > Workforce Compensation?
