Symptoms

If try to  update the Tax Recovery Rate for Self assessment Tax through Adjust Tax Recovery functionality in Payables Invoice distribution we are not allow and an error message is shown :

"ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "FUSION.AP_ETAX_UTILITY_PKG", line 8863 ORA-06512: at line 1".
