Goal

All four posting jobs and Mass Copy support two methods of parallelism. The first one is driven by the FA Number of Parallel Requests (FA_NUM_PARALLEL_REQUESTS) profile option.

The second one is the FUN parallelism paradigm which is more dynamic, requires the FA profile to not be set at all, and lookup(s) be enabled to use it.
