You are following the instructions to Manually Configure Your Tenancy for Data Science and when you try to create a Notebook within a project, it fails with error message:

"The specified subnet is not accessible. Select a different subnet."
You have tried creating bespoke Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) and using the VCN wizard with both private and public subnets.
