IDCS: Call To /sso/v1/sdk/authenticate?appName={appname} - Endpoint Working With Non-existing App Name (Doc ID 2853517.1)

Goal

While making call to {{HOST}}/sso/v1/sdk/authenticate?appName={{APP_NAME}} enpoint with invalid/non-existing application name we are able to generate the requetstate with 200 response.

Also using this requestState we are able to do cred_Submit call and generate authentication token.

Can you please check why these calls are working with non-existing apps also?
