Requisition Withdraw and Edit via UI/Edit Requisition
Requisition Withdraw and Edit via UI/Edit Requisition is automatically updating Unit Price with Item Price when requisition is for inventory item and created by REST API.
When the requisition is created via UI, the price is not being updated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Requisition Withdraw and Edit/Edit Requisition to not update Unit Price when the requisition is created by REST API.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition via REST API with item price different than than the price listed in Edit Item,
For example, Edit Item, price = 1.00
REST API unit price = 100

2. Go to Requisitions, View Requisition, Go to Line, review Unit Price
Unit Price shows 100

3. Reassign the requisition

4.Click on Withdraw and Edit
The unit price changes automatically to 1.00.

Tested blank out the unit price in Edit Item, then repeat the procedure, the unit price becomes blank, proof that it is really coming from Edit Item.

The same problem does not occur if the requisition is created from the UI/Enter Requisition Line
