Milestones Not Getting Added To New Or Updated Service Requests Post 22A Update (Doc ID 2853752.1)

Symptoms

When creating or updating a Service Request, the underlying Milestones also get added/updated on the Service Request based on the Milestones configuration/setup.

Post 22A Update, when the following attributes are marked as non-searchable in Application Composer, the Milestones are no longer getting added/updated on the Service Request. Please note these fields are marked as searchable out of the box.

List of fields :

PrimaryContactPersonProfileId
PrimaryContactPartyName
AssigneePersonName
