Symptoms
When using a Create Action app step to create a campaign member using the Salesforce Integration app, the following error message is returned
"Error creating record in Salesforce: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING: Attempted to add a campaign member where either the member id 'null' or the campaign id '<ID>' is null".Cause
