IDCS Federated user in OCI executes the following OCI CLI command (the example below is to list DB system in a given compartment):

All group policies were verified and are correct.

Local user executing the same OCI CLI doesn't have the problem.

The group mapping in OCI was removed and recreated.

The IDCS group that was mapped to OCI was renamed.
