Element Webcontent Is Not Shown In USA Site for Language En_US (Doc ID 2854176.1)

Symptoms


Element web-content is not shown in USA site having language set as en_US while the same element web-content is shown when the language for USA site is changed to pt_br.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In a multi-site environment select USA site (en_US language is set)
2. The Element Text doesn't appear on store front for this site.
3. On another site (language set to pt_br) the same widget element is working fine with the Text being shown correctly.
