Symptoms

Unable to update Restocking Fee on Approved Franchise Returns

After a Franchise return is approved, the user is allowed to change the cost, but not the restocking fee.

Steps To Recreate:

1.Create and Approve a Franchise Return.
2.Through Manage Franchise Return screen, search and open the approved Franchise Return.
3.Edit the Item, it allows to edit the unit cost but not the restocking fee.
