Excel Import Performance Slow and Not Uploading Documents Over 4MB (Doc ID 2854310.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Data import taking longer time to load than it is expected. Attempting to import Data from Microsoft Excel® 200 row with 15 to 20 columns and it is taking almost 20 to 30 min to load the data without showing any message.  Also attachments over 4MB fail.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Import with attachment using Microsoft Excel® to work as CSV does, successfully

STEPS

  1. Navigate to Project/Shell
  2. Access Business Process Log
  3. Select Actions Drop Down > Import > Data from Microsoft Excel®
