Symptoms

When attempting to run an item integration through RIB XITEM interface the following error occurs:

ERROR

Error code: Due to your security group associations, you do not have access to @MH4 35.Field: ,ITEM:100000016 returned by program unit CORESVC_ITEM.PROCESS_IM.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Integrate item creation through RIB XITEM interface
