Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

VendorOUDel message generating without vendor information.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
VendorOUDel message should contain the vendor information for which vendor the org unit deletion message it.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete supplier org information from RMS screen by negating Foundation Data > Suppliers and Partners > Manage Supplier > Search Supplier > Action > Edit Supplier Site > More Action > Org Unit > Action Delete
2. Noticed the VendorOUDel type message generated in the SUPPLIER_MFQUEUE table and Pushed to RIB.
3. Noticed in RIB-EXT message contains without vendor information.
