FA:SCM:PIM: Duplicate Items Check Not Working When Load Data Through Import Maps (Doc ID 2854470.1)

Goal

Duplicate Checking for Items is added in PDH by adding attributes to matching tab of item class.

While creating items through PDH application UI when the duplicates are created it is giving error message indicating the item with same value already exists.
However when same item is getting created through item batch (Import Map) , system does not throw any error and it is getting created without any error message.
