Symptoms
Wave is failing with below error after allocating and while generating tasks.

ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.TASK_UKEY) violated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Manual Wave UI, query for the required order and wave it with required wave template.
2. Wave moved to Processing Started status, and started to allocate the quantity.
3. But tasks are not generated and wave is failed with above error.
