Symptoms

When publishing messages from external application to RICS through RIB-EXT, they are failing with below errors:

javax.ejb.EJBException: Error while calling Injector Service.: <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Weblogic Bridge Message</TITLE></HEAD> <BODY><H2>Failure of Web Server bridge:</H2><P><hr>No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.<hr> </BODY></HTML>

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to unmarshall json object to java object.
