RMS Posts RUA to an Incorrect Virtual Warehouse That Is Not Present on the Order

Symptoms
RMS posts the Receiver Unit Adjustment (RUA) for the item against the Order at a different Virtual Warehouse (VWH).
Steps to Reproduce
--------------------------
1. Consider two VWHs, <VWH_VALUE1> and <VWH_VALUE2>, under WH <WH_VALUE1>
2. Create an Order for <VWH_VALUE1>.
3. Perform an RUA for <ITEM_VALUE1> under the Order above (Destination is the <WH_VALUE1> in the message).
3a. Note that <ITEM_VALUE1> is not ranged to any of the VWHs, and is not originally included in the Order.
4. Notice that RMS posts RUA under <VWH_VALUE2>, ranges <ITEM_VALUE1> to <VWH_VALUE2>.
5. The user expects RMS to post RUA to <VWH_VALUE1> since that is the location of the Order.
