[MFCS] Inventory In Transit Negative Of Item_loc_soh Table

Symptoms
Problem with the inventory in transit in the item_loc_soh table that is negative in some stores. Movements of closure of shipments are being applied several times and this causes them to be disunited several times in inventory in transit.
The shipment tables, shipsku and tran_data_history can be used to identify the shipment information that the transaction was applied several times.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer has TSF_TYPE = EG,
2. Transfer FROM or TO location type is W, AND
3. An item in the transfer is shipped in multiple cartons (but not fully received at the time of SO Recon)
