[APPLICATION LIST ERROR] Internal Server Error - ORA-00904 - When Creating New Application Or Using Existing Application (Doc ID 2855782.1)

Symptoms

Visual Builder(VB) service (version 22.04.0) is not allowing to either create a new application nor use existing applications. The following error is noticed:

[APPLICATION LIST ERROR] Internal Server Error - ORA-00904: "SOFT_DELETED": invalid identifier

Additionally, VB is unable to be accessed either from the Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) or directly with the builder URL.
