Symptoms

Unable to create a log a call directly in activity object


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Activity Object
2. Click on a Log a Call action
3. Enter the required information
4. Then clicks on save and close and an exception is seen on the app UI
