BDI REC_ID Is Not Sequential For Regular Price Change (Doc ID 2856142.1)

Symptoms

In BDI, external ReST API for regular price change is NOT returning REC_ID in sequence.

Step To Reproduce:

  1. Create price change.
  2. Run the corresponding POM job.
  3. Extract the data via BDI external ReST API.
  4. Observe that REC_ID in not in sequence.
